Cinnamon Buns

In the morning
for a treat,
a cinnamon bun
I like to eat.
Warm and sticky
frosting drippy
YUMMY
cinnamon buns.

  1. I can smell the cinnamon now...yum!

I've been meaning to post a comment for weeks now - you've had such wonderful poems lately...I love your "Camping" poem - in the shape of a tent no less!

Keep up the great work - a fun read everyday!

  2. Dear Joy,
I am happy that you and I both love cinnamon buns. I love the ones at Panera Bread with pecans added. When next time we meet, we'll have to celebrate with cinnamon buns.

    love, Joan

  3. Joan,
You're on! The next time we meet it is coffee and cinnamon buns. I can hardly wait.

And thank you all, your response has given me an idea for a picture book with ballerinas to twirl to make the world's largest cinnamon roll. It ought to be fun.
